Q: If I book a shared shuttle, will I definitely get a seat?
A: Yes. When you book a shared shuttle seat, that seat is confirmed for you. We don't overbook. You may wait at the terminus for the vehicle to gather passengers heading your direction, but your place on the shuttle is secured.
Q: Does a private transfer go directly to my hotel or are there any stops?
A: Direct to your hotel door. That's the whole point of a private transfer. No other passengers, no other stops, no route changes. The vehicle goes from the terminus to your accommodation and nowhere else.
